Civil & Mechanical Works:

• Supply and install interior sandwich panel walls with isolated temperature for an area of 360 sqm, and cover the hall building to maintain constant cooling temperature for the warehouse.
• Supply and install 2 package units with a capacity of 25 tons, LG Type.
• Supply and install steel plate air distribution ducts with a length of 200 meters, including installation of temperature isolators.
• Supply and install 80 meters of additional air distribution ducts to cover managers’ and staff offices.
• Supply and install air distributors.
• Furnish and install all roof structural elements of the building, including necessary repairs: beams, angle irons, roofing panels, and drop ceiling framings.
